Land temporarily reserved as a Site for a Public School in Block III, Whangape Survey District, Auckland Land District.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, as a site for a public school.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 9 acres, more or less, being Section 40, Block III, Whangape Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west and north-east by Section 37, Block III, Whangape Survey District, 872·5 and 972·7 links respectively; towards the south-east by Section 41, Block III aforesaid, 1168·6 links; and towards the south-west by a public road, 231·8, 267·2, and 554·6 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/1677, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged purple. Land temporarily reserved as a Site for a Public Pound in the Suburbs of Raupo, Auckland Land District.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.

Bounded towards the north-east by Section 12, Suburbs of Raupo, 400 links; towards the south-east by Omaru Road, 250 links; towards the south-west and north-west by Section 13, Suburbs of Raupo aforesaid, 400 and 250 links respectively: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1912/695, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. Notifying Land in Southland Land District for Sale by Public Auction.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-twenty-sixth section of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Friday, the thirteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, as the time at which the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.

Opening National Endowment Lands in Southland Land District for Selection.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the national endowment land described in the Schedule hereto shall be open for selection on renewable lease on Wednesday, the twenty-fifth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, at the rental mentioned in the said Schedule; and I do also declare that the said land shall be leased under and subject to the provisions of the said Act.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Land Act, 1908, and the Land for Settlements Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the settlement lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be open for selection on renewable lease on Monday, the ninth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, at the rentals mentioned in the said Schedule; and I do also declare that the said lands shall be leased under and subject to the provisions of the said Acts.
