Lands proclaimed as Roads, and Road closed, in the
Hawke’s Bay Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents
of the lessees, and mortgagees of the lands mentioned
in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Cook County
Council, being the local authority in whose district the said
lands are situated, proclaim as roads the lands described in
the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like
consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described
in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by
reason of the roads described in the First Schedule hereto.

All in the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked and
coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the Head
Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile,
Earl of Liverpool, Knight Commander of the
Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and
Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian
Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in
and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zea-
land and its Dependencies; and issued under
the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Govern-
ment House, at Wellington, this twenty-ninth
day of January, in the year of our Lord one
thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

and 3.”
