Public Service Stores Tender Board.—Supply and Delivery of Stores.

Wellington, 5th January, 1914.

SEPARATE tenders will be received at the office of the Chairman (Government Printing Office) not later than 5 p.m. on Monday, the 16th February, 1914, for the supply and delivery of the undermentioned material:—

3,000 bolts, double J, to specification.
3,000 cells and elements, complete, Gordon No. 2.
24 clocks, calculagraph, model 6, case A.
1 ton compound for filling pot heads.
2,000 cords, twin conductor, red, to sample.
2,500 cords, twin conductor, white, to sample.
2,000 earthplates, copper, to specification.
200,000 hooks, galvanized, to specification.
1,000 reels paper, to specification.
30 miles wire, galvanized steel strand suspension, 7/11, to specification.
5 tons wire, galvanized iron, binding, 65 lb. per mile.

Tenders must be addressed to the “Chairman, Public Service Stores Tender Board, Wellington.” Delivery of the material is to be made as shown in the Conditions of Tender, and successful tenderers will be required to give the security required by the conditions for the due performance of the contract. Particulars and conditions of tendering and specifications may be obtained at the offices of the Controller of Stores, Post and Telegraph Department, Wellington, the District Storekeeper, Post and Telegraph Department, Christchurch, or the Chief Postmasters at Auckland and Dunedin, where samples may be seen.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

Public Service Stores Tender Board.—Supply and Delivery of Kauri Timber.

Wellington, 5th January, 1914.

WRITTEN tenders will be received at the office of the Chairman (Government Printing Office) not later than 5 p.m. on Monday, the 26th January, 1914, for the supply and delivery, C.I.F. and E. Wellington, of 73,500 superficial feet of sawn kauri timber. Tenders must be addressed to the “Chairman, Public Service Stores Tender Board, Wellington.” A deposit of £60 must accompany each tender. Conditions of tendering may be seen at the Public Works Offices at Auckland and Wellington.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
