Primary Education Endowments in the Marlborough Land District set apart as Sites for Public Schools.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS by section five of the Education Reserves Amendment Act, 1911, it is enacted that the Governor may, on the recommendation of the Land Board of the district in which are situated any reserves or endowments vested in the Crown by or in pursuance of section two of the Education Reserves Amendment Act, 1910, set apart as sites for public schools, secondary schools, or technical schools any part of such reserves or endowments:
And whereas the Land Board of the Marlborough Land District has duly passed a resolution recommending that the primary education endowments described in the Schedule hereto should be set apart as sites for public schools, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Acts aforesaid, do hereby set apart the primary education endowments described in the Schedule hereto as sites for public schools.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Marlborough Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 1 rood 38 perches, more or less, being Sections 53 and 54, Town of Havelock. Bounded towards the north by Lawrence Street, 740 links; towards the east by Mud Flat; towards the south by Sections 56 and 55, 775 links; and towards the west by Lucknow Street, 333 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/1493A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Also all that area in the Marlborough Land District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres, more or less, being part Section 14, Wairau Valley, Block IV, Mount Olympus Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by other portion of Section 14, 200 links; towards the north-east by other portion of Section 14, 2000 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 200 links; and towards the south-west by other portion of Section 14, 2000 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/1493B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Also all that area in the Marlborough Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Part 3 of Section 97, Kaikoura Suburban, Block VII, Mount Fyffe Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by a public road, 707 links; towards the north-east by a public road, 707 links; towards the south-east by Part 2 of Section 97, 707 links; and towards the south-west by Part 2 of Section 97, 707 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/1493C, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

French Consul to receive Moneys and Chattels in certain Cases.
PURSUANT to the provisions of section 52 of the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool and Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify that moneys and personal chattels payable or deliverable by the Public Trustee of the said Dominion to the subjects of the Republic of France resident therein may be paid or delivered to the Chief Consular Officer for such Republic in New Zealand on behalf of such subjects.
