CAPE ST. VINCENT.—EXPERIMENTAL SUBMARINE BELL BUOY WITHDRAWN.—Position: At a distance of about half a mile, south-westward, from the lighthouse. Lat. 37° ½' N., long. 9° W. Description: Submarine bell buoy, painted red, marked "Submarine Signal Co."

THE following Notice to Mariners, received from the Port Officer, Melbourne, Victoria, is published for general information.
VICTORIA.
Caution when approaching Waratah Bay from the South-westward.
REFERRING to General Notice to Mariners, dated 1st August, 1907, page 103, mariners and others, when approaching Waratah Bay from the south-westward, are cautioned to keep at least a mile from the shore of the coast between Cape Liptrap and Bell Point, as foul ground is suspected to exist.
