PURSUANT to the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand passed in the eighth year of the reign of His late Majesty King Edward VII, and intituled the Marriage Act, 1908, the following names of Officiating Ministers within the meaning of the said Act are published for general information :—

Church of the Province of New Zealand, commonly called the Church of England.
The Reverend FRANCIS JOHN DAYNES.
The Reverend ARTHUR JOHN GREENWOOD.

Roman Catholic Church.

Supply and Delivery of Telegraph-arms.

General Post Office,

THE Department is prepared to purchase supplies of rata telegraph-arms in lots of not less than 500 at one time. Particulars of the arms required and the conditions under which they will be accepted, also of prices which will be paid, may be obtained from the Controller of Stores, Post and Telegraph Department, Wellington; the District Store-keeper, Post and Telegraph Department, Christchurch; the Telegraph Engineers at Auckland and Dunedin; and the Chief Postmaster at Invercargill.

Persons in a position to offer arms should address their communications to the Controller of Stores, Post and Telegraph Department, Wellington.
