REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Parawai No. 2 (Maketu S.D.) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu on Saturday, the 20th day of December, 1913, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-

“That a proposed lease of the said land to Anders Jonsson shall be agreed to.”

Dated at Rotorua this 29th day of November, 1913.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kawaha No. 5c will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu on Saturday, the 20th day of December, 1913, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-

“That a proposed sale of the said land to Lily Anderson shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tumu Kaituna No. 10b will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu on Saturday, the 20th day of December, 1913, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-

“That a proposed sale of the said land to James Robert Tait shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Okarito No. 1b will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Puke on Monday, the 22nd day of December, 1913, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-

“That a proposed lease of the said land to Charles Rogers shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Bangiurn Native Reserve No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Puke on Monday, the 22nd day of December, 1913, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-

“That a proposed sale of the said land to Thomas Henry Tanner shall be agreed to.”

“That a proposed lease of the said land to James Dalbeth shall be agreed to.”
