Land temporarily reserved as an Addition to a Site for a Public School in the Town of Puketura, Auckland Land District.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, as an addition to a site for a public school.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 2 roods 4 perches, more or less, being Section 14 of Block III, Town of Puketura. Bounded towards the north by Patetere Street, 617·2 links; towards the north-east by Selwyn Street, 259 links; towards the south-east by Sections 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, and 8 of Block III, Town of Puketura, 753·7 links; and towards the west by Sections 4, 3, 2, and 1, Block III aforesaid, 503·7 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1912/158A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged purple. (Auckland Plan 2606, blue.)

Land temporarily reserved as a Site for a Public School in Matawai Township, Hawke's Bay Land District.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Bounded towards the north-west by Kura Street for a distance of 359·9 links; towards the north-east by Sections 15 and 25 of Block III, Matawai Township, for a distance of 507·9 links; towards the south-east by Sections 25 and 17 of said Block III for a distance of 390·8 links; and towards the south-west by Kerei Street for a distance of 79·87 and 469·05 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/919, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured purple.

Land temporarily reserved as a Sanctuary for Wild Fowl in Block III, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury Land District.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Canterbury Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, as a sanctuary for wild fowl.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 23 acres, more or less, being Reserve No. 3938, situated in Block III, Christchurch Survey District, and bounded north-eastward by Rural Section 15911, south-eastward by Rural Section 4893, south-westward by Dickey's Road, and north-westward by the road forming the south-eastern boundary of Rural Section 830; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/1383, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Otago Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for purposes of public recreation.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 31 perches, more or less, being Section 113, Block III, Benger Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by a railway reserve, 92·4 and 152·7 links; towards the south-east by Crown lands, 286·1 links; towards the south-west by a public road fronting the Clutha River, 244·1 links; and towards the north-west by Crown lands, 273·2 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1912/187, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.
