Extending Hour for closing Poll at Election, Avondale Road District.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of November, 1913.

Present :

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the Local Elections and Polls Act, 1908, as amended by the Local Elections and Polls Amendment Act, 1913, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby extend the hour at which the poll for the election of a member to fill the extraordinary vacancy on Avondale Road Board, to be held and taken in the Avondale Road District on the twenty-sixth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, shall close to seven oโ€™clock in the afternoon of the same day.
