IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.

In the matter of the body corporate called or known as “The Proprietors of Whakataki No. 10B.” At a sitting of the Court held at Greytown on the 15th October, 1913, before Thomas Henry Wilson, Esquire, Judge.

UPON reading the application of Ropata Heketa Manihera, Waata Paraone, and other members of the said body corporate, and on being satisfied that it will be to the mutual benefit of the members of the said body corporate, the Court doth hereby order that the said body corporate shall be and the same is hereby wound up.

As witness the hand of the Judge and the seal of the Court.

NOTICE is hereby given that the matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be considered at a meeting of the Ikaroa District Maori Land Board to be held at Wellington on Tuesday, the 25th day of November, 1913, at 10.30 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Board will allow.

At the conclusion of local business the Board will adjourn to Masterton and Hastings.
