Land set apart for Selection.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section seventy-seven of the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Act, 1909, as amended by section twenty-two of the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Amendment Act, 1910, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of said section seventy-seven in connection with any block of land unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Acts, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.

As the same is delineated upon the plan marked as above mentioned, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above noted.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this sixth day of November, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

Lands proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Blocks III and IV, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners and mortgagees of the lands described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Waitemata County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, proclaim as a road the lands described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.
