Secondary Education Endowment in the Town of Rawene, Auckland Land District, set apart as a Site for a Public School.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS by section five of the Education Reserves Amendment Act, 1911, it is enacted that the Governor may, on the recommendation of the Land Board of the district in which are situated any reserves or endowments vested in the Crown by or in pursuance of section two of the Education Reserves Amendment Act, 1910, set apart as sites for public schools, secondary schools, or technical schools any part of such reserves or endowments:
And whereas the Land Board of the Auckland Land District has duly passed a resolution recommending that the secondary education endowment described in the Schedule hereto should be set apart as a site for a public school, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Acts aforesaid, do hereby set apart the secondary education endowment described in the Schedule hereto as a site for a public school.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, being Section 26 of Rawene Township. Bounded towards the north-east by Section 25, Rawene Township, 248-3 links; towards the south-east by Section 30 of the aforesaid township, 100-65 links; towards the south-west by Section 27 of the aforesaid township, 248-3 links; and towards the north-west by Parnell Street, 100-65 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/826, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged purple. U, Wairaki District; thence at a bearing of 11° 49' for a distance of 886-8 links; thence at a bearing of 102° 19' 30" for a distance of 464 links; thence at a bearing of 191° 48' for a distance of 792-7 links; thence at a bearing of 270° 58' for a distance of 472-5 links, to the commencing-point: be all the aforesaid bearings and linkages a little more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/1258, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Postmaster appointed to take and receive Statutory Declarations.
PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that
WILLIAM CONNOR,
being a person holding the office of Postmaster under the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, at Raorikia, is authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908.
As witness my hand, this third day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the persons set out in the Schedule hereto, being persons holding the office of Postmaster under the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, at the places set opposite their names in the said Schedule, are authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the two hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908.
