SCHEDULE.

All that portion of Beaconsfield Road, in the Portobello Road District, Otago Land District, commencing at its junction with Nicholas Street and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction, adjoining Sections 121, 120, 119, 118, and 113, to its junction with Coney's Terrace; as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 34372, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Recreation Reserve in Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this third day of November, 1913.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as Rototuna Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

SCHEDULE.

ROTOTUNA DOMAIN.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 15 acres 3 roods 7 perches, more or less, being Allotment 342, Parish of Kirikirirosa. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road 100 links wide, 282·2 and 1349 links; towards the south-east by Allotment 9A, Parish of Kirikirirosa, 624·7 links; towards the south-west by a public road 100 links wide along the Waikato River, 163·9, 143·6, 288·2, 282·3, 502·5, and 355·7 links; and towards the north-west by Allotment 8 of the aforesaid parish, 1088 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L and S. 1913/268A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. Vesting a Reserve in the Otatau Town Board.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this third day of November, 1913.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart for water-supply purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Otatau Town Board:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the fourth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Otatau Town Board, in trust, for water-supply purposes.

SCHEDULE.

All that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 484 acres 2 roods 10 perches, more or less, being Sections 6, 7, and 8, Block V, Aparima Hundred. Bounded towards the north-west by Sections 5, 4, and 3, Block V, Aparima Hundred, 10711·8 links; towards the east and north by Section 2 of said block, 2300·9 and 1397·2 links respectively; again towards the east by Section 1, the abutment of a road, and again by said Section 1, 3090·6 links; towards the south-east by Butler Road, 9910 links; and towards the south-west by Section 9, 6000·7 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L and S. 7274/17, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Notifying Land in Southland Land District for Sale by Public Auction.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-twenty-sixth section of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Wednesday, the twenty-first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, as the time at which the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the price at which the said land shall be sold as that mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.

Land temporarily reserved as a Site for a Post-office in the Town of Ward, Marlborough Land District.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

And whereas by the sixty-ninth section of the Land for Settlements Act, 1908, it is further provided that the Governor may from time to time, as he thinks fit, set aside reserves for any specified public purpose out of land acquired under the last-mentioned Act, provided that no land so acquired shall be set aside for endowments:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Acts, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Marlborough Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, as a site for a post-office.

All that area in the Marlborough Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Section 2, Block XIII, Town of Ward (Flaxbourne Settlement). Bounded towards the north-east by Needles Creek, again towards the north-east by Section 1, Block XIII, Town of Ward, 635 links; towards the south-east by a public road
