8. Should the highest bidder neglect or fail to comply with
any of the conditions, his deposit-money and lease fee shall
thereupon be forfeited to the Board, who shall be at full
liberty either to enforce the letting or to relet the premises
at such time and place and in such manner as it thinks fit;
but in no case shall the lessee be relieved from his liability.
9. Every lease shall be in the form provided for leases
under the said Act, with such modifications as the circum-
stances may require.

  1. The Board reserves the right to withdraw any lot or
    lots at any time prior to the auction.
    Full particulars may be obtained on application to the
    undersigned.
    Copies of the township plan, showing the sections affected,
    can be seen at the office of the Board in Auckland, and a
    the post-offices at Otorohanga, Te Kuiti, and Taumarunui.
