  • Duty payable on gold exported, the produce of the North Island, 2s. 3d. per oz.; duty payable on gold exported, the produce of the South Island, 3d. per oz.; duty payable on gold exported, contained in jewellers' and dentists' sweepings, free. Vide sections 1 and 2 of the Gold Duty Act, 1908, section 16 of the Mining Amendment Act, 1910, and section 2 of the Gold Duty Amendment Act, 1912.
