notify that the undermentioned Crown land, being the land
known as the Balachraggan Settlement, which has been
acquired under the said Acts, is subject to the said Acts as
from 23rd July, 1913.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by
admeasurement 1,419 acres 2 roods 7 perches, more or less,
being Sections 43, 44, 45, 46, and 47 on plan deposited in
Deeds Office at Auckland and numbered 4442. Bounded
towards the north-east by a public road, 16899.6 links;
towards the south-east by a public road, 8414.4 links; towards
the south-west by a public road, 16888.8 links; and towards
the north-west by a public road, 8395.1 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 19457, deposited in the Head
Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon
edged green.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Census and Statistics Act,
1910, I, William Ferguson Massey, Minister of Agriculture,
hereby prescribe that the collection of the returns in connection with the account referred to in section 28 of the said Act
shall be carried out by post or by Sub-Enumerators, and shall
commence on the 20th day of October, and continue from
day to day until the 31st day of the same month, unless
sooner completed.

STOCK EXCHANGE.

CONSTITUTION.

1. The Christchurch Stock Exchange (hereinafter called the
   Exchange) shall consist of the persons whose names and
   signatures appear at the foot hereof, and such others as may
   hereafter be elected in accordance with the rules.
