Land taken for the Purposes of Beacons and other Harbour-
works in Block IV, Motueka Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
is required to be taken, under the Public Works
Act, 1908, and the Harbours Act, 1908, for the purposes of
beacons and other harbour-works in Block IV, Motueka
Survey District:
And whereas the Motueka Harbour Board has laid before
the Governor a memorial, accompanied by a map in dupli-
cate, and also the statutory declaration, as required by the
said Act:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zea-
land, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the
Harbours Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority
in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby taken for the purposes of the said beacons and
other harbour-works as from the date hereinafter specified,
and shall vest in the Motueka Harbour Board; and I do
also hereby direct that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the first day of November, one thousand nine
hundred and thirteen.

is required to be taken, under the Public Works
Act, 1908, for a certain public work, to wit, for the pur-
poses of a Post and Telegraph storage yard in Block XVI,
Town of Gore:
And whereas all the conditions precedent required by law
to be observed and performed prior to the taking of such
land for the purposes hereinbefore specified have been
observed and performed:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me
in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the
purposes of a Post and Telegraph storage yard; and I do
also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
from and after the first day of November, one thousand
nine hundred and thirteen.
