Land set apart for Selection.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section seventy - seven of the New
Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Act, 1909, as
amended by section twenty-two of the New Zealand State-
guaranteed Advances Amendment Act, 1910, it is, amongst
other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be
expended under the provisions of the said section seventy-
seven in connection with any block of land unless that block
is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to
Proclamation in that behalf:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power
and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the pur-
poses of the aforesaid Acts, I, Arthur William de Brito
Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in
the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.

SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Swanson Block (1,160 Acres, approximate).
ALL that area within the Auckland Land District situate
within the Parish of Waipareira, and containing about 1,160
acres. Starting at the north-western corner of Section 187,
bounded towards the north and east generally by a public
road ; towards the south generally by Sections 5, 15, 145,
and 147 and by a road ; and towards the east generally by
the road aforesaid and by Section 187 to the point of com-
mencement : be all the sections wherever mentioned part of
the Parish of Waipareira, as shown on plan L. and S. 4485,
edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile,
Earl of Liverpool, Knight Commander of the
Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and
Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian
Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in
and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zea-
land and its Dependencies ; and issued under
the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Govern-
ment House, at Wellington, this twenty-ninth day
of September, in the year of our Lord one thou-
sand nine hundred and thirteen.

ALL that area within the Auckland Land District situate in
the Parish of Waipareira, and containing about 1,020 acres.
Bounded towards the north generally by a road and by
Section 113, towards the east by Sections 190 and 6A, to-
wards the south by Sections 189 and 196, and towards the
west generally by Sections 7 and 191 ; be all the sections
wherever mentioned part of the Parish of Waipareira ; and
saving and excepting from the above-described area Sec-
tion 192, Cemetery Reserve : as shown on plan L. and
S. 4486, edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right

ERRATUM.—In the Proclamation, dated the 24th September, 1913, taking additional land at Pokeno for the purposes
of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway (Whangarata Deviation), and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 74, of
the 2nd October, 1913, pages 2926 and 2927, in the thirty-sixth item of the Schedule, for " 0a. 0r. 0·2p., part Section 690,
Town of Pokeno," read " 0a. 0r. 0·02p., part Section 690, Town of Pokeno."
