Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tuawhatau No. 1A 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangara on Friday, the 10th day of October, 1913, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That a sale of the said land, or any part thereof, to Karepa Kautuku shall be agreed to; or, in the alternative, that a lease of the said land be granted to Karepa Kautuku, of Tolaga Bay, Native, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental equivalent to 5 per centum on the present Government valuation thereof, with a right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental equivalent to 5 per centum on the then Government valuation (unimproved) thereof.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mangatuna A Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangara on Friday, the 10th day of October, 1913, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be leased to Annie Humble Jobson, of Matawhero, spinster, for a period of twenty-one years at a yearly rental not less than 5 per centum of the present capital valuation of the said land, together with a right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per centum per annum of the Government unimproved valuation of the said land, or with the right to compensation for improvements; lease to contain usual covenants.”
