Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, as a resting-place for travelling stock.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 22 acres, more or less, being Section 17, Block XIII, Waiawa Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west and north-east generally by the Pakihi Stream; towards the south-east and south-west generally by a public road, 120, 279, 343·6, 71·7, 79, 354·4, 116·3, 267·6, 253·2, 102·8, 110·3, 159·2, 161·4, and 346·4 links; and again towards the north-west by Section 18, Block XIII, Waiawa Survey District, 280 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1912/1084, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. Land temporarily reserved as a Site for a Public School in Block XIII, Tuhua Survey District, Auckland Land District.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, as a site for a public school.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 5 acres, more or less, being Section 4, Block XIII, Tuhua Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Ohuru South A 1 Block, 851·5 links; towards the east by a line bearing 180° 38′, 510·7 links; towards the south by a line bearing 270° 38′, and Section 5, Block XIII, Tuhua Survey District, 1153·6 links; and towards the north-west by a public road, 100 links wide, 200 and 399·5 links: be all the aforesaid bearings and linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/742A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged purple. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fourth section of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
NORMAN BROWN
to be a Trustee, in the place of Tom Wright Johnson, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Dunsandel Public Cemetery, in conjunction with John Talbot Wright, Samuel Sherrard, George William Kime, and Peter Lill, previously appointed.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this eleventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

Appointing Commissioners to classify Pastoral Runs in Westland Land District.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the two-hundred-and-twenty-fifth section of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
HENRY DOUGLAS MORPETH HAZARD,
BERNARD WARD, and
ROBERT HOULISTON
Commissioners to classify and report to me upon the rural lands in Westland Land District known as Runs No. 98, Copland Range; No. 70, Haast and Waita Rivers; No. 48, Moeraki River; No. 77, Cascade Valley; No. 119, Makawhio River; and No. 7, Taipo River; as provided by section two hundred and twenty-five of the Land Act, 1908.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this eleventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

Lands permanently reserved.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
And whereas by the three-hundred-and-twenty-second section of the said Act it is provided that land temporarily reserved under the said three-hundred-and-twenty-first section may, at the expiration of one month but not later than six months after the publication in the Gazette of notice of such temporary reservation, be permanently reserved, and that notice of such permanent reservation shall be published in the Gazette:
And whereas the lands specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto were, by the Warrants the dates of which are specified in the third column of the said Schedule, and the notifications of which were published in the Gazettes specified in the fourth column, temporarily reserved under the authority of the said Act for the purposes specified in the second column of the said Schedule:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby permanently reserve the lands so temporarily reserved as aforesaid, and enumerated in the first column of the Schedule hereto, for the purposes specified in the second column of the said Schedule, being the same purposes for which the said lands were so temporarily reserved as aforesaid.
