therein to be Crown land: And whereas a plan has been prepared, and the Minister has recommended the Governor to declare such land to be Crown land:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the above-in-part- recited Acts, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1908, and that such land may be administered and disposed of under that Act accordingly.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this tenth day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Wairau Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Avon Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the lessee and mortgagee of the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Whangarei County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Hukerenui Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
