Sitting of Native Land Court, Opotiki, postponed.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Court which was advertised to sit at Opotiki on the 26th of August, 1913, has been adjourned to a future date.

Notice of the date of the sitting of the above Court will be given in the Gazette and Kahiti.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waikawa No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kaha on Tuesday, the 30th day of September, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That a proposed lease of the said land to Gertrude Mabel Barton shall be agreed to.”

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waikawa No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kaha on Tuesday, the 30th day of September, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That a proposed lease of the said land to Henry Hoyle Wall shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed sale of the said land to Michael O’Connor shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed sale of the said land to Harry William and Frederick James Burt shall be agreed to.”
