Land temporarily reserved as a Site for a Public School in Maungatapere Parish, Auckland Land District.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned :

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, as a site for a public school.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 15 acres 3 roods 22 perches, more or less, being Allotment 132, Maungatapere Parish. Bounded towards the south-east by public roads, 1600 and 1414·3 links; and towards the north-west by a public road, 1698·4, 378·4, 539·6, and 88 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/860, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged purple.
