Trustees for the Raetihi Public Cemetery appointed.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fourth section of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke a certain Warrant dated the first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and six, appointing the Waimarino County Council to have the control and management of the Raetihi Public Cemetery, and do hereby appoint the local authority specified in Part I of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in Part II of the said Schedule.

Name of Public Cemetery and Description of Land.
RAETIHI.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Section No. 30, Block VI, Makotuku Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 29, 272 links; towards the east generally by a road and river-bank reserve 1 chain wide along the western bank of the Makotuku Stream; towards the south by Section No. 22, 375Β·5 links; and towards the south-west by Makotuku Valley Road, 1504Β·5 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1062/25A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

Postmasters appointed to take and receive Statutory Declarations.
PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the persons set out in the Schedule hereto, being persons holding the office of Postmaster under the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, at the places set opposite their names in the said Schedule, are authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the two hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908.

being a person holding the office of Postmaster under the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, at Murchison, is authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908.

being a person holding the office of Postmaster under the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, at Whangamata, is authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908.
