NOTICE is hereby given that the parcel of land
hereinafter described will be brought under the
provisions of the Land Transfer Act, 1908, unless caveat be
lodged forbidding the same within one month from the date
of the Gazette containing this notice.

    6, and 7, Block VI, Town of Wallacetown. Occupied by
    Applicant.

PRIVATE ADVERTISEMENTS.

THE COMPANIES ACT, 1908.

I, CHARLES HENRY WALTER DIXON, Assistant
Registrar of Companies at Wellington, do hereby
give notice that an affidavit, a copy of which is hereunder
given, by two directors of “The Newbould Patents
(Limited),” has been lodged with me, and that, unless notice
of objection be lodged with me within sixty days of this
date, I shall proceed to declare the said company to be
dissolved, in manner provided by the Companies Act, 1908.

We, Walter Matthew Newbould and Thomas Haslett
Ringland, of the Newbould Patents Company (Limited),
incorporated under the Companies Act, 1908, do hereby
make oath and say :—

  1. That the nominal capital of the said company is £10,000
    in 10,000 shares of £1 each.

  2. That the shares have been fully paid up.

  3. That the company has no assets and has ceased to
    carry on business. And we do hereby apply for declaration
    of dissolution of such company.

NOTICE.

UNDER THE COMPANIES ACT, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of subsection (3)
of section 266 of the above Act, that the undermen-
tioned company will, at the expiration of three months from
this date, and unless cause be shown to the contrary, be
struck off the Register and dissolved.

meeting of the above company convened and held
on Thursday, 5th December, 1912, and confirmed at a meet-
ing convened and held on Friday, 20th December, 1912, the
subjoined resolution was duly passed :—

“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that
Mr. J. G. HADDON be and is hereby appointed Liquidator.”

In the matter of the Rotorua Rimu Company (Limited).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of
the above-named company duly convened and held at
the office of the company, Auckland, on the 19th day of
December, 1912, the following extraordinary resolution was
duly passed :—

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the com-
pany that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities,
continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the
same.”

And at the same meeting PERCY KINNEAR MCDONALD, of
Auckland, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such
winding-up.

MALVERN COUNTY COUNCIL.

MOTOR REGULATION ACT, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Malvern County Council
at a meeting held on 27th November, 1912, passed a
resolution that Part II of the above Act be brought into
force on the 4th day of January, 1913.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore
subsisting between GOLIR PHILLIPS, WILLIAM ANDREW,
and JOHN FREDERICK SMITH, carrying on business in co-
partnership at Mahirakau as Sawmillers, under the style or
firm of “The P.S.A. Timber Company,” was on the 13th day
of January, 1913, dissolved by mutual consent so far as re-
gards the said JOHN FREDERICK SMITH.

All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received
and paid by the said GOLIR PHILLIPS and WILLIAM ANDREW,
by whom the business will in future be carried on.
