THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of part Motatau No. 5 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Thursday, the 20th day of February, 1913, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That Huhana Paama, Te Arani Paama, Tewehenga Paama, Tewhakakahu Paama, Hohepa Paama, Teratahi Paama, Hone Papita Paama, Wiremu Pohe Wetiwha, Hamuera Wetiwha, Aperahama Wetiwha, Parata Wetiwha, Hemi Kingi Wetiwha, Remana Reweti, Ka Pakihana, Nehana Pu, Hapeta Pu, Hohepa Wi Moa, and Ngatuporo Moa sell their estate and interest in the said land to Kaka Porowini for £1 per acre.”
