A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway to take further lands at Penrose, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway, and to take lands for road-diversions in connection therewith:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto are hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

SCHEDULE.

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 19821, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured blue, green, and neutral tint.
