NOTICE OF CHANGE OF NAME.

I, GERALD ERNEST TIDEY, heretofore called and known by the name of ERNEST ROBERT RIVETT, of the City of Wellington, Tolls Clerk, do hereby give public notice that on the 21st day of July, 1913, I formally and absolutely renounced, relinquished, and abandoned the use of the said name of Ernest Robert Rivett and then reassumed and determined thenceforth in all records, deeds, documents, and writings, in all actions, suits, and proceedings, in all dealings, transactions, matters, and things, and upon all other occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of GERALD ERNEST TIDEY, and so that I might at all times thereafter be called, known, and distinguished by the said name of GERALD ERNEST TIDEY and of GERALD ERNEST TIDEY only, and so that my wife Elsie Mabel Helena and my heirs and issue lawfully begotten might at all times thereafter be called, known, and distinguished by the said surname of TIDEY and of TIDEY only.

And I give further notice that by a deed-poll bearing date the 21st day of July, 1913, duly executed and attested and enrolled in the office of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at the City of Wellington on the 26th day of the said month of July (on which deed-poll my said wife endorsed her consent), I formally and absolutely renounced, relinquished, and abandoned the said name of Ernest Robert Rivett and reassumed and determined and intended thenceforth upon all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name GERALD ERNEST TIDEY instead of Ernest Robert Rivett, and so as to be at all times thereafter called, known, and described by the name of GERALD ERNEST TIDEY exclusively, and so that my said wife Elsie Mabel Helena and my heirs and issue shall thereafter be called, known, and described by the surname of TIDEY exclusively.

I, WILLIAM LAURENCE SIMPSON, Manager of the Trustees, Executors, and Agency Company of New Zealand (Limited), do hereby solemnly and sincerely declare,—
