NATIVE LAND COURT NOTICES.
Sitting of the Native Land Court at Gisborne.

NOTICE is hereby given that the matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be heard by the Native Land Court sitting at Gisborne on the 11th day of August, 1913, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tuawhatu No. 1a 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hauiti, Tolaga Bay, on Friday, the 15th day of August, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That a lease of the said land be granted to Karepa Kautuku, of Tolaga Bay, Native, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental of 5 per cent. on the present unimproved valuation of the said land, with a right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental of 5 per cent. on the then unimproved valuation of the said land.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mangatuna No. 2g Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hauiti, Tolaga Bay, on Friday, the 15th day of August, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That a lease of the said land be granted to Rua Tautau, of Tolaga Bay, aboriginal Native, for a term of twenty-one years, with the right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tuawhatu No. 1b 2 No. 2b Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hauiti, Tolaga Bay, on Friday, the 15th day of August, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the said land be leased to Hoani Noanoa, of Tolaga Bay, aboriginal Native, for the term of twenty-five years at a rental of 5 per cent. on the present Government valuation unimproved, with the right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-five years at a rental of 5 per cent. on the then unimproved valuation of the land.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kaiaua No. 2d Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hauiti, Tolaga Bay, on Friday, the 15th day of August, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That a lease of the said land be granted to John Bentham Morris, of Tolaga Bay, sheep-farmer, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental of 5 per cent. on the present unimproved valuation of the land, with a right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental of 5 per cent. on the then unimproved valuation of the land.”
