SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Lot 1 of Section 54, Rangitaiki Parish. Bounded towards the north-east by Section 54, Rangitaiki Parish, 500 links; towards the south-east by Section 2 of the aforesaid parish, 981·8 links; towards the south-west by a public road along the Orini River, 382·1 and 122 links; and towards the north-west by Section 54 aforesaid, 991 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1912/920, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged purple. (Auckland Plan 17167, blue.)

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

Land temporarily reserved for a Drill-shed Site and Parade-ground, Paengaroa Village, Auckland Land District.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for a drill-shed site and parade-ground.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres and 11 perches, more or less, being Sections Nos. 37, 38, 39, 40, and 41, Paengaroa Village, Block VIII, Maketu Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a public road 100 links wide, 957·4 links; towards the east by Section 36, Paengaroa Village, 257·6 links; again towards the north by the last-mentioned section, 301·2 links; again towards the east by a public road 200 links wide, 259·1 links; towards the south by Section No. 24, Block VIII, Maketu Survey District, 962·9 links; towards the west by Section No. 64, Paengaroa Village, 236·6 links; again towards the south by the last-mentioned section, 393·3 links; and again towards the west by a public road 100 links wide, 287 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/719, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. Lands temporarily reserved in Clydebank Settlement, Hawke’s Bay Land District.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

And whereas by the sixty-ninth section of the Land for Settlements Act, 1908, it is further provided that the Governor may from time to time, as he thinks fit, set aside reserves for any specified public purpose out of land acquired under the last-mentioned Act, provided that no land so acquired shall be set aside for endowments:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Acts, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the Hawke’s Bay Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes in the said Schedule specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Section No. 3, Block XIV, Opoti Survey District (Clydebank Settlement). Bounded towards the north-east and south-east by Section No. 4 of said Block XIV, 953·3 and 738·9 links respectively; towards the south-west by a road-line, 1030·6 links; and towards the north-west by a road-line, 503·1 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/845A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. For a site for a public school.

Also all that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 25 perches, more or less, being Section No. 8, Block II, Clyde Survey District (Clydebank Settlement). Bounded towards the north-west by a road-line, 288 links; towards the north-east and east by Section No. 6 of said Block II, 952·4 links; towards the south by Section No. 7 of said Block II, 466·9 links; and towards the west generally by Awatere Stream: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/845B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. For gravel purposes.

For a public recreation-ground.

Also all that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Section No. 188, Block V, Takapau Survey District. Bounded towards the north and north-west by a public road, 467·6 links; towards the east by Section 189 of said Block V, 286·3 links; towards the south by Section 189 of said block, 450·8 links; and towards the west by Section 189 of said block, 204·5 links, to the starting-point: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/789B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. For gravel purposes.
