Trustees for the Pokuru Public Cemetery appointed.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fourth section of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke a certain Warrant dated the twenty-first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and ten, appointing trustees for the Pokuru Public Cemetery; and do hereby appoint
CHRISTOPHER HENSEN,
NICHOLAS JOHN SCOTT,
EDWARD McVERRY,
PETER CLEMENTS, and
FRANK STANWELL
to be Trustees to provide for the care and management of the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
POKURU PUBLIC CEMETERY.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 1 rood 20 perches, more or less, being Section No. 10, Block V, Puniu Survey District, West Taupo County. Bounded towards the north-west by a public road; towards the south-east by Kakepuku No. 1c H Block; and towards the south-west by Section 11, Block V, Puniu Survey District: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1600/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this eleventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

Notifying Lands in Auckland Land District for Sale by Public Auction.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-twenty-sixth section of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Friday, the twenty-ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, as the time at which the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.
