Land temporarily reserved for a Public Cemetery in Block XIII, Ohura Survey District, Taranaki Land District.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Taranaki Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for a public cemetery.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 34 perches, more or less, being Section 3, Block XIII, Ohura Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section 5, Block XIII, Ohura Survey District, a distance of 448 links; towards the north-east by said Section 5 a distance of 563·2 links; towards the east by a road, 489·7 links; towards the south-west by Section 6 of said block, a distance of 759·9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1694/5, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Land temporarily reserved for a Public Recreation-ground in Block VIII, Whangape Survey District, Auckland Land District.

Bounded towards the north-east by a public road, 334·2 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 1667, 287·7, 749·1, and 499·7 links; and towards the north-west generally by a public road, 306·7, 147, 95·8, 117, 241·4, 204·8, 460, 1041·8, 85, and 655·5 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4003/8, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres 3 roods 24 perches, more or less, being Section 8, Block I, Nukumaru Survey District. Bounded towards the east generally by a riverbank reserve, 1 chain in width, along the western bank of the Waitotara River; towards the south-west by part of the Puao Block; and towards the north-west by a public road: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 51945/5, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
