- Any person who commits a breach of any of the provisions of these regulations shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding £20.

Land temporarily reserved for a Public Cemetery in Block XIII, Ohura Survey District, Taranaki Land District.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Taranaki Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for a public cemetery.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 34 perches, more or less, being Section 3, Block XIII, Ohura Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section 5, Block XIII, Ohura Survey District, a distance of 448 links; towards the north-east by said Section 5 a distance of 563·2 links; towards the east by a road, 489·7 links; towards the south-west by Section 6 of said block, a distance of 759·9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1694/5, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this ninth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

Land temporarily reserved for a Public Recreation-ground in Block VIII, Whangape Survey District, Auckland Land District.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 21 acres 1 rood 6 perches, more or less, being Section 16 (formerly part of Section 1), Block VIII, Whangape Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road, 334·2 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 1667, 287·7, 749·1, and 499·7 links; and towards the north-west generally by a public road, 306·7, 147, 95·8, 117, 241·4, 204·8, 460, 1041·8, 85, and 655·5 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4003/8, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres 3 roods 24 perches, more or less, being Section 8, Block I, Nukumaru Survey District. Bounded towards the east generally by a riverbank reserve, 1 chain in width, along the western bank of the Waitotara River; towards the south-west by part of the Puao Block; and towards the north-west by a public road: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 51945/5, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this ninth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fourth section of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
JOHN HAWKINS CRUTCHLEY
to be a Trustee, in the place of Robert Witton Glendinning, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Swinburn Public Cemetery, in conjunction with Robert Scott, Alexander Pearson, Neil Fletcher, and John Durward, previously appointed.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this eleventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.
