Additional Land at Tuamarina taken for the Purposes of
the Picton–Hurunui Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use,
convenience, and enjoyment of the Picton–Hurunui
Railway to take further land at Tuamarina, in addition to
land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway :
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me
by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and
authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above
mentioned.

All in the Marlborough Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked W.B. 19768,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways, at Wellington,
in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon
coloured green, blue, and neutral.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile,
Earl of Liverpool, Knight Commander of the
Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and
Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian
Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in
and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand
and its Dependencies; and issued under
the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government
House, at Wellington, this thirtieth day of
June, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine
hundred and thirteen.

Land proclaimed as a Street, and Street closed, in the
Borough of Maori Hill.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of
the owners and mortgagees of the land described in the First
Schedule hereto, and of the Maori Hill Borough Council,
being the local authority in whose district the said land is
situated, proclaim as a street the land in Block I, Upper
Kaikorai Survey District, and Township of Grendon, described
in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby,
with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the
street described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is
not required by reason of the street described in the First
Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of
the owner and mortgagee of the land described in the First
Schedule hereto, and of the Tauranga County Council, being
the local authority in whose district the said land is situated,
proclaim as a road the land in Tauranga Survey District
described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby,
with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the
road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not
required by reason of the road described in the First
Schedule hereto.
