Chicken-pox declared to be an Infectious Disease.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
IN pursuance of section twelve of the Public Health Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the disease called or known as chicken-pox is an infectious disease within the meaning of the said Act.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.
