by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the
reserve for recreation in the Wellington Land District de-
scribed in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby
brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to
the provisions of Part II of the said Act ; and such reserve
shall hereafter be known as Nireaha Domain, and be managed,
administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

SCHEDULE.
NIREAHA DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing
by admeasurement 7 acres and 6 perches, more or less, being
Section No. 76, Block VII, Tararua Survey District. Bounded
towards the north-east by Quarry Road, 616 links; to-
wards the south-east by Nireaha Road, 674·2 links and
307·4 links; towards the south-west by Section No. 63,
858·2 links; towards the north-west by Section No. 62,
950 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the
same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1407/14A,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Opening Land in Auckland Land District for Sale or
Selection.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur
William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of
the Dominion of New Zealand, having received the report of
the Under-Secretary in this behalf, as provided by section one
hundred and fifty-four of the said Act, do hereby declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be open
for sale or selection on Monday, the twenty-fifth day of
August, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen; and also
that the land mentioned in the said Schedule may, at the
option of the applicant, be purchased for cash, or be selected
for occupation with right of purchase, or on renewable lease ;
and I do hereby also fix the prices at which the said land
shall be sold, occupied, or leased, as mentioned in the said
Schedule hereto, and do declare that the said land shall be
sold, occupied, or leased under and subject to the provi-
sions of the Land Act, 1908.

Altitude, 50 ft. to 150 ft. above sea-level. Broken to un-
dulating fern and manuka scrub country. Clay soil, of
inferior quality, on sandstone formation; watered by
spring. Situated four miles and a half from Katikati Post-
office by formed road.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this twenty-first day of June, one thousand nine
hundred and thirteen.
