188 This is an application by Ropata Ranapiri to the Court to hear and determine who are the persons entitled to receive the amounts awarded under the provisions of section 11 of the Thermal Springs Districts Act, 1910, to the undermentioned Natives, now deceased, as compensation for their undivided interests in the Rotorua Township (otherwise Pukeroa-Oruawhata), as in the said Act provided, and to issue letters of administration accordingly, viz.,—

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Waiariki District Maori Land Board will be held at Rotorua on the 24th day of June, 1913, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, to hear and determine the matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written, in respect of which applications have been received by me, and all such other matters as may be lawfully brought before it.
