Dismissal of Territorials from the New Zealand Defence Forces.

HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to dismiss, under section 6 (b) of the Defence Act, 1909, Gunner Edgar Stanley Hale, New Zealand Field Artillery; Gunner William Thomas Crocker, New Zealand Garrison Artillery; and Lance-Corporal George Ferguson Gray, Corps of New Zealand Engineers, from the New Zealand Defence Forces; they having been convicted by the civil power of theft. Dated 9th April, 1913.
