Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Oamaru 2B, Section 2, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Opotiki on Thursday, the 19th day of June, 1913, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land at the Government valuation shall be accepted.”

Dated at Rotorua this 16th day of May, 1913.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kaitao-Rotohokahoka No. 10 No. 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu on Friday, the 6th day of June, 1913, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That a proposed sale of the said land to William S. S. Harris shall be agreed to.”

Dated at Rotorua this 16th day of May, 1913.

“ That a proposed sale of the said land to George Urquhart shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukaingataru B No. 16 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tapuaeharuru, Rotoiti, on Wednesday, the 11th day of June, 1913, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That a proposed sale of the said land to Thomas Walker shall be agreed to.”
