Notice to the Public Trustee.—The Industrial Schools Act, 1908.

WHEREAS Agnes Hannah Osborne, Linda Lissie Elfreda Osborne, James Leonard Osborne, Frederick Arthur Osborne, Eleanor Osborne, Violet Ann Osborne, George Henry Osborne, and Martha Osborne are at present inmates of the Christchurch Receiving Home:
And whereas such inmates are entitled to certain property:
And whereas it appears expedient to issue the directions hereinafter set forth:
Now, I, Francis Henry Dillon Bell, a Member of the Executive Council of New Zealand (being a Responsible Minister of the Crown), acting for the Minister of Education of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 38 of the Industrial Schools Act, 1908, do hereby direct the Public Trustee to take possession of all such property and apply the same for the benefit of such inmates, in accordance with the provisions of the last-mentioned Act.

NOTICE is hereby given that the light on the Eastern Island of the Chickens (Maro Tiri) will be exhibited on 28th April, 1913, and not on 24th April as previously gazetted in Notice No. 45.
