Land set apart for Selection.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section seventy-seven of the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Act, 1909, as amended by section twenty-two of the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Amendment Act, 1910, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section seventy-seven in connection with any block of land unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Acts, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.

NATIONAL ENDOWMENT LAND.—AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

Whareorino Additional and Extension Block
(1,697 Acres 1 Rood).

As the same is delineated upon the plan marked as above mentioned, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above noted.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this second day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

ERRATA.—In the first, second, third, and fourth lines of the Proclamation published in Gazette No. 26, of the 31st March, 1913, enlarging boundaries of Havelock North Town District, for “sixth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-two, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the seventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twelve,” read “sixth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, and published in a Supplement, dated the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, to the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twelve.”

In New Zealand Gazette No. 31, of the 10th April, 1913, p. 1266, paragraph (f), for “three representatives of Patea County” read “eight representatives of Patea County.”
