Additional Regulation as to Election of Representatives on Hospital and Charitable Aid Boards.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twelfth day of April, 1913.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred on him by the Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following additional regulation with respect to the election of representatives of combined districts on Hospital and Charitable Aid Boards; and doth hereby direct that such regulation shall be read with and form part of the regulations for the election of representatives of contributory local authorities made by Order in Council dated the twenty-fourth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and ten.
REGULATION.
7A. EVERY candidate at any such election of representatives of a combined district shall at the time of nomination deposit the sum of Β£3 with the Returning Officer, and if that candidate does not receive one-eighth of the votes received by the successful candidate, or as the case may be, by the successful candidate receiving the fewest votes, the deposit shall be forfeited to the principal contributory local authority and applied towards the cost of the election; but otherwise, or if the candidate is elected without a poll or duly withdraws his nomination, the deposit shall be returned to him.

Amended Notification respecting Deer-shooting Season for Rotorua and Whakatane Counties.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS it is expedient to amend in manner hereinafter provided the Warrant made under the Animals Protection Act, 1908, dated the twenty-fourth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-seventh day of the said month of February:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify that red-deer stags may be taken or killed in that part of the Rotorua Acclimatization District comprised in the Counties of Rotorua and Whakatane (excluding all land within two miles of the shores of Lake Okareka) during the period and on the conditions named in the Warrant of twenty-fourth February.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this eleventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.
