Directing that the Valuation Rolls for certain Special Districts
shall be revised as at the 31st Day of March, 1913, under
the Valuation of Land Act, 1908.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-eighth
day of March, 1913.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
vested in him by the Valuation of Land Act, 1908, His
Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and direct
that the district valuation rolls for the special districts
enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be revised by the
Valuer-General as at the thirty-first day of March, one
thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

Amending Regulations for the Election of Members of Harbour
Boards.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-
eighth day of March, 1913.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the twenty-third
day of March, one thousand nine hundred and eleven,
and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 25, of the
thirtieth day of the same month, regulations were made as
to the election of members of Harbour Boards :
And whereas it is desirable to amend the said regulations
in the manner hereinafter described :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the
power and authority conferred upon him by section seven
of the Harbours Amendment Act, 1910, and of all other
powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following regula-
tion amending clause two of the hereinbefore-recited regula-
tions in respect of members of Harbours Boards to represent
combined districts.
REGULATION.
NOTWITHSTANDING anything contained in section 7 of the
Local Elections and Polls Act, 1908, public notice of any
election to fill any vacancy shall be given not less than twenty-
one clear days before such election, and the date for the
nomination of candidates shall be not less than fourteen
clear days before such election.

Making Provision for the Representation of certain Districts
on the New Plymouth Harbour Board.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-eighth
day of March, 1913.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section twelve of the Harbours Amend-
ment Act, 1910 (hereinafter referred to as “ the said
Act ”), it is enacted that the creation, merger, union, division,
or other alteration of any constituent or combined district
shall not in itself have any operation so as to affect the then
