A PPLICATION having been made to me to register a discharge of Mortgage No. 37743, over Allotment 6, Township of Sunshine, whereof STANLEY JEFFREYS and EDWARD ROLAND JEFFREYS are the registered mortgagees, and a declaration having been lodged of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of the said mortgage, I hereby give notice that I intend to register the said discharge, and dispense with the production of the said duplicate mortgage, as empowered by section 40 of the Land Transfer Act, 1908, unless caveat be lodged in this office forbidding the same within fourteen days from the date of the publication hereof.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between HAROLD CALVERT and IVY PEARL BUCKMAN, carrying on business as Drapers and Milliners at New Plymouth under the style or firm of “H. Calvert and Co.,” has been dissolved as from the 6th day of February, 1913. All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid respectively by the said HAROLD CALVERT, who will continue to carry on the said business.

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore existing, as Surgeon Dentists, between CLAUDE HENRY FORTE and CHARLES ERIC CARTER, both of Auckland, under the style of “Forte and Carter,” has been dissolved as from the twelfth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.
Public notice is also given that the business of the said Partnership will from this date be carried on by the said CLAUDE HENRY FORTE under his own name alone.
