Meeting of the Tairawhiti District Maori Land Board.

Gisborne, 15th February, 1913.

NOTICE is hereby given that the matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be considered at a meeting of the Tairawhiti District Maori Land Board to be held at Gisborne on Tuesday, the 4th day of March, 1913, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Board will allow.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Poutahi Block, containing 2,122 acres, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Thursday, the 13th day of March, 1913, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said block be leased to Thomas Millar Scott, of Palmerston North, wool-buyer, for a term of forty-two years, at the annual rental of 1s. 6d. per acre for the first term of twenty-one years, and at a rental equivalent to £5 per centum per annum on the Government unimproved value for the last twenty-one years. Such lease to contain the usual covenants.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Karaka C No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Wednesday, the 12th day of March, 1913, at 12 o’clock noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be leased to Janet Elliott Parsons for the term of twenty-one years, at the yearly rental of 19s. per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Tuhi 2b No. 4 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Wednesday, the 12th day of March, 1913, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the block of land known as Te Tuhi 2b No. 4 be sold to Frank Dillon Allen, of Wanganui, farmer, at the price of £1 per acre.”

Dated at Wanganui this 20th day of February, 1913.
