Notice of Annulment of Adoption under Part IX of the Native Land Act, 1909.

IT is hereby notified that the order of adoption declaring Matina te Tomai to be the adopted parent of Hopaea Retimana and Mina Retimana, the female children of Te Ue Retimana and Waimapuna, published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 41, page 1723, and Kahiti No. 20, page 312, dated the 18th May, 1911, has been annulled by order dated the 1st November, 1912.
