DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, CLARENCE HARVEY MILLS and PERCY EDWIN MILLS, carrying on business at Brightlands, Pelorus Sound, as Sheepfarmers, has been dissolved by mutual consent.

The business will hereafter be carried on on his own account by the said CLARENCE HARVEY MILLS, who will pay and discharge all the debts and liabilities of the late firm.

All debts owing to the late firm must be paid to the said CLARENCE HARVEY MILLS, whose receipt alone will be a sufficient discharge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the HAYWARD'S PICTURE ENTERPRISES (LIMITED), ERNEST DE TOURRET, and GERALD HEATLEY BOULT, carrying on business as Animated Picture Proprietors at Whangarei, under the style or firm of "West's Pictures," has been dissolved as from the eleventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, as far as concerns the said GERALD HEATLEY BOULT, who retires from the said firm.

NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the office of the Liquidator, 5 Hobson Buildings, Shortland Street, Auckland, on Thursday, the 12th day of December, 1912, at 3 o'clock p.m., for the purpose of laying before such meeting the Liquidator's account, showing his acts and dealings, and the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and its assets disposed of.
