Land taken for the Purposes of a Metal-pit in Block VII, Maketu Survey District, Tauranga County.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for the purposes of a metal-pit in Block VII, Maketu Survey District:
And whereas the Tauranga County Council has laid before the Governor a memorial, together with a map (in duplicate), and also the statutory declaration, as required by the Public Works Act, 1908:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Counties Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the said metal-pit, and shall vest in the Corporation of the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the Tauranga County; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for the purposes of a post-office in Block VI, Halswell Survey District:
And whereas an agreement has been entered into, with the owner of the land described in the Schedule hereto, to take such land for the purposes of the said post-office:
And whereas a plan has been prepared, and the Minister has recommended the Governor to issue a Proclamation taking the land as required by the Public Works Act, 1908:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, and being satisfied of the sufficiency of the agreement hereinbefore referred to, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the said post-office; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

And whereas all the conditions precedent required by law to be observed and performed prior to the taking of such land for the purposes hereinbefore specified have been observed and performed:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the said road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twelve.
