Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land
District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners
of Mangatuna No. 2r will be held, in pursuance of Part
XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tolaga Bay, on
Tuesday, the 19th day of November, 1912, at 10 o'clock
in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the follow-
ing proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be leased to George Cuthbert Hale,
of Tolaga Bay, for the term of twenty-one years at 5 per
cent. on the capital valuation, and with the right to a
renewal or compensation for improvements.”

is hereby given of my intention to issue a provisional certi-
ficate of title accordingly at the expiration of fourteen days
from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
