NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of the Native Land Act, 1909, and the regulations thereunder, that the land described in the First Schedule hereto will be offered for sale by public auction, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto will be offered for lease by public auction, at the Native Office, Wanganui, at 2 o’clock p.m. on Wednesday, 13th November, 1912, on the terms and conditions set out in the Third Schedule hereto.

Lots 1, 2, and 3 are situated on the Parapara Road (Wanganui–Raetihi), about thirty-five miles from Wanganui and sixteen from Raetihi, close to Mangawhero Falls. Road formed from Wanganui, and from Raetihi nearly completed. Land is easy country, in heavy mixed bush; soil heavy. Areas given are approximate only, and subject to alteration on completion of survey.

Situate about twenty miles from Moawhango, on east bank of Rangitikei River. Rough, broken country; third-class land; being dealt with under Section 200 of the Native Land Land Act. Offered subject to registered lease No. 3301 expiring 1st January, 1916.
