NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of the Native Land Act, 1909, and the regulations thereunder, that the land described in the First Schedule hereto will be offered for sale by public auction, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto will be offered for lease by public auction, at the Native Office, Wanganui, at 2 o’clock p.m. on Wednesday, 13th November, 1912, on the terms and conditions set out in the Third Schedule hereto.
