NOTICE is hereby given that, the leases and licenses of the undermentioned lands having been forfeited by resolution of the Auckland Land Board, the said lands have thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of the Land Act, 1908, and regulations thereunder, that written tenders will be received at the District Lands Office, Auckland, from the proprietors of existing sawmills and logging contractors, up till 12 o'clock noon on Monday, the 19th February, 1912, for the purchase of the kauri and other milling-timbers standing or lying on the undermentioned lots.

MANGONUI COUNTY.

Section 1, Block IX, Takahue Survey District (Timber Reserve).
206 GREEN and 4 dry kauri-trees, containing approximately 390,305 sup. ft. (standing measurement).

Time for removal: One year.
Up-et price: 2s. per 100 sup. ft.
Terms: Cash within fourteen days after acceptance of tender.
5 faulty trees, branded F.R., not included in this sale.
HOKIANGA COUNTY.

342 kauri-trees, containing approximately 661,475 sup. ft. (standing measurement).

11 matai-trees, containing approximately 3,958 sup. ft. (standing measurement).

Time for removal: Three years.
Upset prices: Rimu and kahikatea 7d., and matai 1s., per 100 sup. ft.
